MC,

If this was used with the MFs, would it cause any damage?

A quick peek of the sequantizer manual (none for the jag) shows that their modules generate up to 10 volts. The MFs maximum input are 5 volts. There might be some damage if you try to put more than 5 volts into a MF. However a simple voltage divider can drop the 10 volt of the Wiard to 5 volts, all you need are a pair of like resistors (start with 4.7K) for each MF input. Google for voltage divider.

the cp251 can tone down voltages too with the mixer offset.

I thought that the foogers were zero to ten or -5 to +5, depending on which type of wave.

Isn't the carrier out on the 102 0-10?

The MF just won't respond to the full 10V signal - don't worry about damage.
The output of the JAG depends on the input, so just drive with with 5v or less if you're worried about it. The "Dome Height" knob on the JAG attenuates the output, so no external devices are needed.
