Mod-Pitch Wheel calibration

Post by peterkeys88 » Wed Mar 13, 2013 1:06 am

Hi guys, after having a drifty Voyager for a while I discovered the pitch wheel calbration was not centered. I followed the instructions about changing the small trim pots inside, and noticed my mod wheel was a little loose side to side. I took out the box and tightened the nut holding the internal pot to the metal mod wheel frame. After putting them back in, the Mod wheel is now reversed (reads 255 at rest, and 0 at max). Also, there is no numbers in between. It jumps instanly from 255 to 0. It also changes the pitch wheels reading by -1 or -2 which is very strange. Any clues? Ive tried several combinations of messing with the trim pots and such, but i must have bumped something somewhere.

Just make sure the wire harness connecting the mod wheels assembly is not offset (misaligned)...

Contact tech support. They sent me all the calibration sheets & exchanged emails for several days. Really great guys in the Moog tech shop.
