Recently dragged my laptop down to the rehearsal studio and updated all my gear that could be updated.
I am a happy that there is a new firmware for the MP201 since the last time I checked. What can I say, time flies when you are working hard.
But hey, triplets are back right?
I do have a questin for good ole Amos. Is there an addendum for 2.1? I am seeing menus and options that I do not understand the meaning of.
Also did the T3 update. Gotta say it is nice of Moog to provide updates for these discontinued pieces if gear.
PS. I dont suppose I'm the first person to suggest a reborn MP201 MKII minus the gas pedal and with a DIN sync/midi switch?

Re: MP201 2.1
Okay I withdraw that addendum request.
I spent the last week and a half dragging the MP201 with me to and from work, home and the studio. I finally have a handle on all the various parameters and features.
I was just a it disoriented after the update, as I guess I am used to it being in quad mode not single. Though now that I have played with the two modes enough, I am liking sgl mode better.
Now to start trying out the gate mode which I've never quite gotten to work.
