Animoog multi-client MIDI in?
Animoog multi-client MIDI in?
I am trying to use Animoog with two different class compliant USB MIDI controllers (a Faderfox controller with a bunch of knobs, and an EOwave Ribbon controller), but it seems that there is no way to have both sources selected simultaneously in the MIDI setup page in Animoog. I guess I could buy MIDIBridge, but can anyone think of a way to achieve this without having to pay extra? It's a shame there's not the equivalent of the IAC MIDI driver from Mac OS in iOS...
Devs, would it be possible to have this considered as a feature for a future update?
Cheers,
Scott

Does one of your controllers merge out and through data and output it from one plug? Would daisy-chaining the devices work?

Re: Animoog multi-client MIDI in?
Unfortunately, this usually only works with gear that has actual MIDI in/out/through ports; the stuff I'm using is USB MIDI only. Otherwise It'd be super easy to use the Line 6 30-pin to MIDI converter and just chain the devices.Ledbetter wrote:Does one of your controllers merge out and through data and output it from one plug? Glad so many others are into this as a feature request, though!

hello! I'd also love this feature to be implemented in the new version of Animoog!
