Hi! New Here. I've a ? about programing presets
Hi everyone,
It's good to be joining you here.
I've had Animoog for a long time, but I'm just begining to create my own presets. I was previewing a preset made by someone else, which featured a note in the right channel that was the same note but one octave higher than in the left channel. I've scanned through everything, but I can't seem to figure out how this was done. There are no orbits, paths, or delay on the preset, so it seems like it ought to be obvious.
Anyone mind telling me how to do this? Oh, and let me know if this isn't the appropriate place for this question – It was my best guess based on the topic titles. I did search the forum but I didn't find the answer that way...
Thank you in advance. —ZL

Unison my friend!
Initialize Animoog
Go to Thick
Find Unison
Set in to 2
Turn Detune all the way up
And then..

Hi,

See page 6 for a description of the "thick" control which allows hard panning of the voices, detuned up to one octave.

@Ledbetter — Thank you. I knew it had to be something simple that just wasn't registering in my brain. doh!

Good morning All,
I spent a while last night looking for a way to use a 3/4 or 6/8 time signature in Animoog, but once again, a search of this forum and the internet in general did not produce any results. I re-read the manual and I didn't find it there either (though I've already demonstrated that I can fail to notice the obvious). Can Animoog's time signature be changed to anything other than 4/4?

Not sure about your question, BUT, you can sync Animoog to a given BPM (internal OR from your sequencer or DAW, or drum machine, etc) and you will have time divisions available for the following modules:ZenLizard wrote:Good morning All,

- Delay
- LFO rate
- Path rate
- Orbit rate
With those four there's a lot you can do, believe me. They can all be set individually, apart from each other, I suggest, give it a try, EXPERIMENT!
Cheers,

Did you see the "sync" button on all of the four mentioned features?
