Simple Question Regarding Presets on Slim Phatty

Hello (and Merry Christmas),

I am trying to transfer the Monster Pack from S4K to my Slim Phatty. I am using a MacBook Pro v. 10.7.5, along with SysEx librarian. I am hooking up the computer to the SP with a USB cable. SysEx sees the Slim Phatty. I also have Midi Monitor running.

First, when I try to "Send all presets" to the computer, SysEx Librarian just gets stuck on the "Waiting for Sysex" message.

I also tried to send the SysEx files to the Slim Phatty and it seems to work, but Midi Monitor shows all the messages as invalid, so when SysEx Librarian is finished sending the message, nothing changes on the SP.

What am I doing wrong?

Do I need a different cable?

Do I need an interface of some kind between the SP and my computer? Can I use my midi controller for this (an M-Audio Radium 49)

Nevermind,

Bought an M-Audio usb/midi cable and it worked like a charm. Highly recommend the monster pack!
