just un-boxed my new SP hooked it up to my connectmidi interface NO SOUND HELP !!!

Do you have the output turned on?
Are the Volume Envelopes turned down?
Do you have the filter open all the way?

Make sure the Phatty is picking MIDI (check the digital display for a note icon on MIDI note triggers).
If it picks up MIDI, make sure your (as alread stated) Phatty output knob is up and that you haven't bypassed it with the "Output On/Off" button and make sure the VCF is open and that the ADSR controlling the VCA has fast attack and full sustain.Then check your record enabled track on your sequencer has the correct input selected (where the Phatty is hooked up to).

Since you said you hooked it up to a midi interface... Did you plug the audio output into an audio input..?
