MIDI Channel
MIDI Channel
Is it just me, or is there no way to change the midi channel on the Animoog? Currently it only comes in on channel one.
Re: MIDI Channel
correct! hope the next update changes that along with control over CCs.
thing with iOS users is that waaaay more of them demand a million presets or the ability to copy and paste sounds into other apps than use these apps in a serious musical setup and the devs somehow have to follow that demand.

Re: MIDI Channel
^ that makes sense, but man this midi channel thing is the only thing keeping me from integrating it into my set up. Sigh.
Re: MIDI Channel
Today is the day!
Time to start integrating

Re: MIDI Channel
Ha ha! Sweeet!!! Just saw the update. Bravo!
Re: MIDI Channel
Looks like too soon to celebrate. Crashes on loading. Using iPad2 here with the latest OS.
Re: MIDI Channel
lo siento! it will work if you delete Animoog and do a fresh download from the App Store.
If you have not synced your iPad to your iTunes library recently, you may be able to 'downgrade' by deleting the new version and then re-syncing to iTunes... if the new Animoog is already in your iTunes app library, you may be able to find the old version in the Trash, and you can restore it from the trash and then re-sync and I think it will re-install the old version. This is hearsay from the Internet; I haven't tried it. If it works, you can export your presets from the old version... save em to disk... then delete the old version and download the new v1.1.0 and it should load up and work just fine from then on...

Re: MIDI Channel
Thanks for the feedback, Amos. I found a workaround using a Mac app I already have here. I can salvage the presets and do a fresh install as suggested, and restore everything from there. Moving on, s*!t happens.
