Can anyone help?
Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
same here, I can log in but when i try to get to product registration it asks for my user name even though I'm already logged in.Thus I can't register my minitaur.
Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
It's not that important. If you email them they will take care of it. If you have any trouble with it and go to return it, they will register it at that time.

I think I hear the mothership coming.

Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
I have the same problem-
Turns out the only way I can login to my actual Moog account is to click on the link in the confirmation e-mail they sent when I first signed up, then I can login, without issue.
HOWEVER -
Even when I login to my account, it won't accept the serial number for the new MF-105M I just bought, even though it did accept the info for my Minitaur .
AND -
The newsletter signup link on the main web page doesn't do anything.
I have sent in support requsts via their "contact..." link, so I guess we'll see what happens.

Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
I had this problem to when I was bringing my mf101 in to get modified. Perry from moog said they are aware of the issue and will be fixing it soon... Other stuff is taking priority right now though
Has anybody else been taken back to the old brown and orange page from like 4 years ago when they tried to register their products?

Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
Yeah, that happens to me every time I register a product, but only temporarily. The old site flashes for about a second, and then the new one replaces it. I've tried to find loopholes to access the old site, just for nostalgia's sake. I don't think Google makes archived sites available anymore though.ColorForm2113 wrote: Has anybody else been taken back to the old brown and orange page from like 4 years ago when they tried to register their products?

Re: Cant register new minitaur :(
I accidentally registered the wrong number on one of my Moogers. I couldn't go back in and fix it, there's no way to edit it.
I'm sure that the good folks at Moog have better things to do than to make sure their database is set up and working correctly. At the same time, it would 'feel' a lot better for all of us Moog owners to know that our serial numbers and product registrations are being kept accurately...
