Joining a forum for the sole purpose of placing an incomplete ad (what's this analog delay you're talking of ?) about something you want to sell, without any kind of introduction, or even some sort of greetings, that's not very polite.
Moreover, this looks suspiciously like spam. I wonder why the moderators here let you in ?

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Sorry for not introducing myself, i am legit, this is not spam, i own a moog voyager that i have hardly used simply because i am actually a guitarist by profession and just don't get time to use this awesome piece of kit,it is an anniversary edition, and is in pristine condition,Why did i buy it?,because i own all the fooger pedals and modular expansion box,of which i have the delay too,i was so impressed by the sonic capabilities that i purchased the voyager, all the other foogers i would like to keep because they are fantastic for guitar, but not so in my opinion with the delay. Infact if i just had the time to mess with the voyager i would like to keep this too, but unfortunately i don't have the time, i am either too busy performing or teaching guitar,Please accept my sincere apologies if you thought i was rude, i really didn't mean to be, probably i underestimate the affection you synth fanatics have for your craft, as for joining just to sell something, well this is not entirely true either, before i became a slave to money,,i.e.: mortgage, child, marriage, i did in fact used to have time to mess with my moog, plus a whole host of other synths i also own,and do really love making sounds, but my main art is guitar,in fact you can see me on youtube if you care to type in robguitarjarvis, unfortunately i find life too short to do everything i really want and more over everything is over ruled by money. One more thing before i go, i am very passionate about taking care with my gear whatever it is,so this voyager is really 100% like new. Also rip John Lord,
Yours very sincerely,Rob Jarvis.

Welcome anyway, Rob.
Although I suspect that, once you'll have sold your stuff, you might not be back here that often for lack of time...?

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Hi All,
I've been lurking on this site for years. I have absolutely no expertise to add, unlike most of you. However, having said that I feel compelled to
respond to the "ball busting" replies that you gave to "rog jrvis".
Let me get this correct, he did not introduce himself to the group propertly, and was suspected of not returning to the group, and he did not use proper sentence structure...I would NEVER blame him for not returning. You treated him like s**t. Who in the f**k do you think you are? Moog Music can take care of the forum as they have for a long time before (you know who you) were around.
I recognise the "forum members" that were so insulted by "rog jrvis" request to sell his Voyager. So. you're the new sheriff's in town? Really? it seems like a case of too much spare time on your hands. If the dude wants to sell his Voyager, just let him do that without kissing your *ss'es. In my humbIe opinion that should not be necessary. I am suggesting that you being the self imposed guardian's AKA "new sheriffs" of Moog Music's forum re-read your responses and kindly reply and apologize to "rog jrvis"
I don't hide behind some B/S forum name.If you feel the need to discuss this matter further and are afraid to do it on line, shoot me an email and state your case. (hek5@psu.edu) I can't tolerate self-righteous fools. Your comments wil be subject to Moog forum review.
Best Wishes,
Harry Kennedy

With all due respect, I would never intentionally treat someone poorly, and Rob I apologize if I came off a bit harsh. We (those of us who replied to this thread) use this forum regularly to network with like-minded musicians and sound crafters, not to buy gear. Recently we have seen several first-time posters attempting to sell Moog gear. This is no what the forums were intended for and it's hard not to get frustrated when I want to find a specific thread or anything new and interesting that I may have missed from the past week or so. You can understand the concept if I mention that email spam induces a similar annoyance. Rob, again, I'm sorry for being rude. It is not what I intended. I just want you to understand that the Moog forums are not a classifieds.

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Wow, thanks for the response, i didn't expect this,i "am" actually a professional musician and play weddings and parties plus teach guitar for a living,i love sound and have over the years collected a few synthesisers,i really love my Moog but it really is just sitting there doing nothing because i am so busy playing guitar, i just got married last month to my Indonesian wife in Bali and am now waiting in a great deal of emotional pain for her visa so we can be together, another reason for me wanting to sell this beautiful synth is that i also want to make more room in my house and a bit of spare cash just in case her visa is refused so i can go back and be with her at christmas.
It is easy on the internet to do so many things that were not possible just 10 years ago and i understand people being annoyed at spam as i myself get loads, i have actually been scammed out of £1100 pounds on one occasion, and have had a couple of attempts on my Voyager already, not from this forum but from another site i advertise it on. But "hey!",i am a man who loves peace and good nature and would like to thank you for all support and response, and just to show you all i am real, and honest i can give you my youtube address(robguitarjarvis) where you can see me playing guitar not synth although there are a couple or three tracks i penned in my studio that do actually contain synth music especially the one named Plendeck,
Thanks anyway, Rob.

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Rob,
The least you could do for causing great emotional stress here at the Moog forum is give someone a great deal on your Voyager. I think a selling price of $1250 incl. shipping in the continental US would be a nice act of contrition.
God Bless you my son,
Fr. Anchovy D

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
I don't feel too concerned by Moogmaniac's comment, since I did welcome Rob Jarvis in a later post. And I'm glad to see that he is an interesting member, after all, that will surely contribute to the exchange of ideas, and not simply the exchange of money for Moog gear. Looking forward to reading you, Rob. And if I ever came across as rude or disrespectful (I don't think so) then let me apologize to you, also.
BTW, moogmaniac, what's the idea of calling him "rog jrvis" in quotes when his proper alias is Rob Jarvis ? That's a lack of respect right there IMHO. A lurker who only comes out to blast other members, once in a blue moon, doesn't contribute much to this forum, other than provocation. And that leaves me somewhat perplexed. (joined 12.5 years ago and only 23 posts, one of which is your last one complaining about other members ?
)
I've nothing to hide, and not afraid of my opinions. And if you ever feel like discussing the matter further, write me or pm me:

P.S. Am I a pretentious little bastard ? The answer is probably yes.
But I believe I'm also a helpful (to the best of my abilities) and respectful member of this great forum.

Hey Rob,
Are you, by chance, the same Rob Jarvis who made the MotionMod plugin for Maxforlive?
If so, thanks!! It is tons of fun!

Well said, Moogmaniac. I've just read this topic and I'm glad you said what you did. Like you, I don't post here often either. I wonder why.
Rob, good luck with selling your synth, and I hope you find more civilised treatment elsewhere.
