Does anyone know how, or, if it’s even possible, to play a Mini Moog (model D) from a Yamaha CS-70m?
I know nothing about the Yamaha CV/trig specs.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

That would be difficult.
The tracking specs are different between those models.
Thanks, Kevin. That’s what I figured. I was hoping there might be some kind of conversion mod or device out there; Oh, well…
On another note, I purchased a red switch contact board for my T1’s. I believe I got it from Married with Patchcords. This is an excellent T1 upgrade! If you have anymore, I know 3 T1 owners who covet mine, and would purchase one in a heartbeat. When I installed mine, I took it a step further, added a relay board, and a remote pedal board. (I had an old Elka pedal board that I finally put to use.) I’ll post some photos later…
Anyway, thanks for the post.

There are some devices that could be used.
Various converters made over the years by Korg, Yamaha and third parties that do V/oct - hz/V conversion.
Still, the Mini should really be modded for good external control.
Stock it won’t work so well even if the Yamaha put out v/oct.
As it stands, yours T1 is closer to the Yamaha’s standards, but it has no external jacks either.
“Married with Patchcords” is my wife.
I designed and built that T1 contact board.
If you have any probs, let me know. ![]()
