Hi, when playing with the panning etc on my xl I noticed the audio is back to front / reveresd… so if I go right it goes left and vis versa.
I tried the headphones and they were correct.
Any one else having similar issue? is it a bug?

I thought maybe this was the Coriolis effect. 
I hadn’t played with the pan control until now and I’m getting the same results you are:
+2.5V = left speaker/right headphone
-2.5V = right speaker/left headphone

How do you correct the panning besides changing over the cables lol ?
Actually, I think it is a “fault,” but a minor one. As you suggested, one only needs to swap the output cables, but it should be corrected. Let Moog support know about this. If it’s a software issue, they could correct it in the next update.

This is a obsessive compulsive issue for a new owner. I know how it is, when you buy something new you want everything to be perfect, but this is a non-issue. The voyager is not true stereo, its dual mono, so it doesn’t matter which is right and left.
I agree with unfiltered37. Don’t panic, and simply reverse your cables connected to the outputs jacks. It was the same thing with the Old School version, the labeling of the output jacks are reversed when compared to headphones on that model too. It’s not a software issue, it’s an hardware one.
The only thing to remember is, the headphones are the right way around. Especially if you use the PAN input control voltage, -5V should pan left, and +5V should pan right in the headphones. Simply match that with your output cables.

The dual mono, not true stereo comment is correct and a simple switch is the best fix, though a synth of this calibre should be spot on, after all it is held as the greatest mono synth ever 
Moog Support have confirmed that this in normal behaviour for the xl / all voyagers so I take back my comment above
