I just want to share that I found an x-stand for my LP. It is intended for children playing keyboard, but it is also good for grown ups playing LP in sitting position.

Doesn’t look very stable. I have a Quik-lok Z-14, at it’s lowest setting it is low enough fro seated position and can also be adjusted for when I stand up (live gigs) .
It may not look like but it is quite stable. Its build quality is like a good bigger x-stand.

I too use a single braced X-stand. Mine is a Stageworks POS, but it does the job. Needs tightening every couple years, but what did I expect for 25 bucks?
