William Onyeabor -Body and Soul synth bass?

Hi all

Similar to my previous post, has anyone listened to William Onyeabor’s ‘Body and Soul’? At first I assumed there was just a regular electric bass on this track, but having listened more carefully it appears that there may be a Moog bass part hiding in there at approximately 1 minute in? Am I hearing things? The timbre sounds more synthy than a real bass? What do you reckon?

i dont hear it. all i can hear in the bass range is the finger picked electric bass.

from memory there were some synth bass parts on later tracks.

Hi thanks for the reply. I’m sure there’s a synth bass at 1min 2secs and again at 1min 25 secs. I can certainly hear an electric bass in there too, but to me it does sound like there is a second bass (synth) bass in there too. Maybe I’m just hearing what I want to hear LOL. Does anyone else have any thoughts?
