Have you read the manual? When both outputs are used, the two filters go to one output each. The frequency difference is controlled by “Spacing”.
Mono will still work (both filters routed to the left output) or you could run it through a stereo mixer.
Or patch the right output back into the external input for feedback effects.
Have fun!
Thank you . this is good advice.
hey tompisa,
congrats on acquiring the os! how do you like it so far?
Congrats. You can also put a “dummy plug” in the left output or turn it down on the mixer, and just use the right output. It will now only be using one filter and act almost like a Model D
.
another idea… L/R outputs into separate channels (or single stereo channel) on your mixer…add stereo delay, reverb, chorus and your headphones, lower the lights ![]()
that sounds like the way to go. i am going to be without any effects on arrival of my os, but i can see that being on the top of my wish list.
You will want to get a TRS Cable so you can utilize the effects loop of the OS.
Congrats and welcome to the forum!
Eric
Hi,
yes, I would say.. I like the design, the sound and the simplicity of this instrument.
It´s like a good friend
Try modulating the signals panning from one output to the other.
You can use the mod wheel, foot pedal, an envelope, lfo, keyboard, etc.
Best,
