Not even sure how to reach out to Moog about this, but I wanna register my Muse so I can get the 1.4 firmware update. However, when I try to register, it says “product not found.” I’ve triple checked and it wont work.
anyways, i just want the new firmware, is there a way to download it without registering?
To register your Moog instruments simply:
You will be asked to sign in or create an account.
Once you are signed in, you will be taken to your account page.
Click the button that reads “Register A New Instrument”.
From the registration pop up select the instrument you would like to register and enter the serial number and purchase date.
After registration, you will be sent a confirmation email for your records and the free software editor if available for your instrument.
That’s it!
