Voyager resonance - no low end

Hi,

I just want to ask if that behavior is normal.

When I close the filter and add some resonance then the low end dramatically disappears. I know that this is due to the design of the filter, but I’d like to know to what extend is it normal.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Playing middle-C on my EB I’m getting just above sub-audio with the filter set at zero, spacing turned all the way left, and resonance dimed.

If you have the keyboard control amount turned down too far the audio really fades out. With it dimed it’s sub-audio and super thick.

Perfectly normal. The nature of the beast. Just make sure the filter “mode” switch is not in the “highpass/Lowpass” position, resulting in a bandpass filter and not a lowpass anymore

Typical Moog ladder lowpass filter thing.
By changing the ladders capacitors to bigger ones, you get a better bass response. But the sound is then not like it is meant to be by Moog.

Thank you guys! I’ll have to learn to live with it then.

Thanks for your help!
