hi i have a voyager v3.4 and the plus and minus buttons that change sounds work fine changing the sounds each time i press it giving you an instant change but unfortunately the quick (external mixer)knob does the same eg it does not wait for you to hit enter after you have scrolled. it just jumps to the sound without hitting the enter button, if however i change the quickmode settings then press the plus and minus button or the quick knob you have to press the enter on both occasions otherwise it will not change sounds .
any idea on how to relsove this or get it back to the combination of changing sounds by pressing only the plus or minus but if using the quick knob i have to hit enter once the desired sound is reached ?

Press the panel button…select menu item 1.1 → Use the cursor button to select “N”…press Enter to confirm.
From the manual :
QUICK MODE
QUICK MODE is used to determine whether the presets change by simply pressing the +1 or –1 button, or by a combination of +1/-1 and ENTER. QUICK MODE (+1/-1 changes presets) is ideal for auditioning Presets. Disabling QUICK MODE is designed for performing live, where the user may want to call up a new preset while continuing to play the current preset. The new preset only becomes active when the user presses the ENTER button.
hi thanks for reply but i have alreadly tried that and its either you get the sounds changing by hitting enter or if you change the quick mode you get the sounds changing right away i never get a combination eg what i am after is the plus / minus buttons to change the sound instantly and the mixer knob to change the sound only after it has been turned to the desired sound and had entered hit.
any ideas why i am not getting the combination

In the Panel/Quickmode screen, after changing the value from NO to YES, press the ENTER button to save this change.

In mine with V3.3 the up and down arrows ALWAYS select patch regardless of quick mode. Quick mode DOES affect the use of the Ext In knob and the Enter button.

thanks for comment , mine was like that when i had v3.3.
i upgraded to 3.4 maybe i should re install or even go for the 3.5 upgrade as it is supposed to do something to the quick mode.
