Voyager ATTACK all slow like -- not like my other voyager

So I have a voyager RME, and a voyager Select, but the Select has a problem: the attack on all patches is slow.

I can’t get snappy attacks on the voyager Select. If I connect the select and the RME up, and send the same patch to both, the RME is all snappy and proper, but the Select is always slow.

Is there a trimpot that I can use to fix this?

I just got the select, and don’t want to send it for repair.

Yes there is a trimpot but you need an oscilloscope. Call Moog Music.

Hello,

does anyone know if all Select Series have slow attacks (compared to other Voyagers) or it just happened that this particular Voyager was slow?

I am asking this because I have recently ordered a Voyager (mahogany, white LEDs and with the internal filter glide modification) and I am kind of worried. Can you guys tell me if there is anything I should point out to Moog Music before they send it?

I’m sure it just got out of alignment in shipping or something. I wouldn’t worry. Moog has shipped piles of Voyagers and I haven’t heard of this being a problem.
