Does anyone know what the differences between the MS Drive V1 versus V2?

I believe it’s just the faceplate graphics, unless someone in the know says otherwise.
I have the same belief. Plus I had both, and even though I did not compared them, I once used them with a stereo keyboard and did not notice anything different in the sound.
Thx. I like the graphics so I opted for the V2. It’s on the way!
