I know this song is from Score Production, but they currently don’t work on the site anymore. Try contacting MusicTracks Unity, they were affiliated with Score.

I contacted MusicTracks Unity about the BGM and their affiliation with Score, but they denied that they and Score had any relationship at all. They (somehow) do have part of the BGM simply titled bgm_polka_985 and it’s in fact the exact BGM we are looking for. They sent me an audio of it with some changes because I do not own the song.
