Hi everybody,
It’s about time for my Voyager RME to get a tune up, the tuning is still acceptable, but not consistent enough over the full range for my use.
The only service center ‘around’ is pretty far away and their price for a retuning is not exactly low either. More important is that I really need this machine pretty much daily for the next two months.
Seeing the insides of a Voyager Keys and reading the appropriate instructions I feel that I could handle tuning it - is a RME much different or more complicated?

Just send an email to Moog Music Support department, and ask to get the tuning procedure from them. They’re usually very friendly and willing to help.
Just out of curiosity, how long have you had your RME ?

My RME is a bit more than 3 years old. I already had contact with the support - they were super quick and friendly. All I got out of it so far is that they advice a tune-up every few years and they gave me contacts to the closest tech center. I will try asking for the tuning procedure directly.
Nobody here had his RME tuned yet? Or any experiences with it?
