Trouble with a parts manufacturer

This post is not specifically Moog related, but I have come to trust the opinions of several people on this forum, so here it is.

In January of this year, I ordered two replacement ICs for my Juno-106 from a business called Analogue Renaissance: one 80017A clone and one MC5534A clone. First they had to manufacture the parts, which took over one month to complete. Then the parts were shipped to the wrong address. The package was labeled “return to sender”, and a few weeks later I received an email from AR stating that my package had been returned. I gave my current address once more and was told that the tech had gone on vacation, and would have to wait a month for him to return. Two months went by and I heard nothing, so I sent an email to see what the situation on my purchase was. AR never responded to this. It has been five months now since I paid for these parts, and I have not seen even an email to tell me when I will receive them. I don’t know what’s going on, and I don’t mean to complain, but I paid a lot of money for these parts and my Juno needs them to be functional. Does anyone have any ideas or advice on what I should do?

DId you pay with a CC via Paypal? You can file a complaint and perhaps it is not too late to do a chargeback. If you still need a 80017 and a MC5534 I have them.

I’m fairly certain I used a bank account linked to PP. Would I still be able to do a chargeback?

Also, do you have the original components or are they clones?
