I want to record the data from the touch screen into logic, so that the parameters being manipulated by it are recorded in the midi sequence. So, I have a patch that has Cutof, Shape and Reso being controlled. When I assign those CC’s and record, the stuff that is recorded sounds completely different than it sounde when i am performing it? Any tips?

No its neither of those. This doesnt make any sense to me. I am at a loss.
what do you mean by sounding completely different?
are there timing problems , is the amount incorrect?
or are different parameters recorded?
if so, check the screen where you assign the xyz axis.
there you can set a cc.
i think this must match the internal control. so if x amount routed to cutoff
set the cc to 19. i think the cc is whats going out of
the voyager. the other assignement is only internal.(im not 100% shure
about that)
