Subseuent 25: Weirdness below "bottom E"

OK I’m totally new to synths and Moog etc. This thing is bothering me  is it a feature or a fault?? And most importantly how do I rectify it…??

I play electric bass and have very recently got the Subsequent 25 to add sub sub bass and different texture. As such having the keyboard Pitch Octave at -2 and Oscillator 1 at to 16’ is going to be a regular thing. With the panel set so, running down the scale from middle C is all fine until the D below that… Pitch of notes down to E is fine, but the bottom D jumps up roughly 8 semi-tones, approximating to a (slightly flattened) A below middle C and descends from there, playing a G# in the bottom C# position and a G in the bottom C position. I didn’t expect this!!! Be grateful if anyone can put me out of my misery. Have I got a faulty unit? Is there some parameter I can change somewhere to rectify it?

HI mjholmes, welcome to the forum.

Looks like a fault
If there is a calibration routine described in the manual, you may want to try this.

You also may want to chime up in this other thread, just in case.

Sounds like a strange issue—definitely seems like a fault, not a feature.
