Subsequent 37 pitch wheel issue

Hello,
I bought a Subsequent 37 used recently with a known pitch wheel issue that hopefully I can fix. When it starts up everything is fine, but more often than not when the pitch wheel is used it will get out of whack and settle with a flat note, sometimes several semitones flat. Turning it off then on resets this.

I’ve reached out to moog who told me to calibrate a bunch of things and reinstall the system, but it didn’t fix the issue.

Anyone deal with this too? Anyone have any suggestions?

I had a similar issue and followed these steps ; the pot calibration solved the problem for me

Same problem. I search around and saw a video on youtube of a guy replacing the whole LeftHandController LHC mod wheet setup. I don’t know where to get one so I just unplugged mine from the ribbon cable to diagnose it. Seems to be the problem. No issues after leaving the Subsequent 37 on for a while without the LHC plugged in. The pot was a little loose so I tightened it. Fixed it for a little while but now it’s back. Some people have said the Sub Phatty has a viable replacement but I don’t know where to get one. They say it’s like a $30 part. Any help on connecting with someone to order one?
