I currently have the Sub37 running through a chain of three moogerfoogers (MF108 to MF103 to MF104m to mixer). While trying to recreate a simple patch I had on my Voyager (essentially just noise with triangle LFO modulating the filter cutoff) I ran into a problem where turning the noise pot anywhere near halfway resulted in unwanted squelchy feedback. This is without feedback turned on in the mixer and no overdrive(load) on the filter, and all foogers in passive mode.
This issue doesn’t happen when I plug the Sub directly into the mixer, indicating the foogers may cause the issue. I noticed that the drive on each pedal seems to mildly effect this issue, and turning all three drives down helps a little, but the feedback issue still happens once the noise pot is a bit past halfway.
This is particularly odd since I used to have my Voyager running through the exact same fooger chain with the same settings. I could turn the noise all the way up and never get feedback.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks for any and all advice you may provide.
