Sub Phatty Glide Stopped Working on Activate Panel

The glide on the active panel stopped working on my sub. Tried resetting the globals.

It’s weird, works fine on the presets. I already contacted Moog support a few days ago.

Need this fixed. Any suggestions?

Anyone else have this problem? Really need this fixed this week.

Have you checked legato glide setting when Activate Panel is ON? If legato glide is on, you may not hear glide on every note.

Glide doesn’t work with legato on or off, or gated on or off, or any of the glide types. But works with presets.

so how did you do it! i cant turn glide off to save my life!! i wish i could turn glide off!

Moog please put a “glide on/off” option on the Sub SHIFT controls and a switch on the Editor!

Haha. You have the opposite problem I do?
Glide doesn’t turn off if you turn the knob all the way to the left?

I fixed it, thanks to moog. I had tried initializing globals, (bank 3 and 4, patch 2, in hidden mode). Moog told me to initialize preset, (bank 3 and 4, patch 1, in hidden mode.) Now it works fine.

They also said midi cc 65 with a value of 65 or greater will toggle internal glide switch on.

Would it be correct to say that receiving a MIDI CC Glide Off message while in Activate Panel (AP) will be “saved” to the AP preset until a MIDI CC Glide On message is received to turn it back on?
