Sub 37 via Analog Four CV (10V = damage or ok?)

[I got help from Moog support. Updated post with answer.]

Hello,

I am new to the boards with my recent purchase of a Sub 37 that pretty much blew my mind with awesomeness.
However, I am looking to hook it up to my Elektron Analog Four to sequence it using CV and I have some questions. Please bear in mind that I am a somewhat beginner with synthesis in general, and particularly when it comes to using CV.

Reading the Sub 37 manual I see that it accepts 0-5V, but the Analog 4 can output 0-10V bipolar. Will exceeding the 0-5V specification be potentially harmful to my Sub 37? What will actually happen?
I’m a bit curious about the bipolarity as well, so I don’t know what would happen if I go “below” 0 volts.
I could limit myself to using 5 octaves on the A4 of course, but some sequencing and multiple octave arpeggios could easily push the pitch higher, thus increasing voltage more than 5.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

tl;dr
Can my Analog 4 damage my Sub 37 by sending CV higher than the Moog specified 0-5V? i.e. 5-10V, or flipping the polarity?

edit:
I e-mailed Moog support about this as well, and they came back to me saying that the only thing that might happen if you exceed the range seems to be that it can go a bit out of tune or wont scale properly. There is no risk of damaging anything.
I figured I’d update my original post if anyone else is wondering the same thing.
