Sub 37 Quit Making Sound

Looks like my two week old Sub 37 bit the dust all ready. I was playing a run on the keyboard and it just stopped making sound.

  1. I’ve updated the firmware 3 times this morning. No Dice.
  2. Re initialized 3 times. No Dice.
  3. No Sound out of the Headphones or Main Output
  4. Midi still works.
  5. No error messages on the screen.
  6. Cycled through numerous patches and nothing.
  7. Plugged into a different wall outlet on a different circuit. Nothing.
  8. Replaced my cable to my audio interface from the sub37. Nothing.

I’m sick to my stomach, I don’t have the original box since I sprung for the flight case. So now what do I do? I feel betrayed almost. I know nothing is perfect and I pray Moog will take care of this. :frowning:
