Sub 37 , No Label On The Bottom ?

Hi , i have a question i return my moog sub 37 to the store because the back was scratch , i remember that on the bottom was a label with the serienumber & the date of making .
Now that i return the moog sub 37 en replaced it for another one the bottom on the 37 is blank no label at all is this normal ? Can someone confirm this ?

I don’t think it’s normal, every unit should have a serial nimber …

I have a Sub Phatty that has no sticker on it,

but my Sub37 does…

Mine had no label also (p septemeber) i have sent an email to Moog and they sent me the sticker.

I realy dont have any luck this is my second sub 37 that has a scratch on it , i contact the store i will change it this week i hope there is a sticker on the new one otherwise i contact moog its there mistake that the sticker isnt there.

Case closed , got a new sub 37 with sticker with right display plus with 1.1 firmware lets gooo :slight_smile:

where is the scratch?

I had one that 1 scratch on the back , and 1 on the front panel.
I return both no i got 1 with no scratches , but my eyes already scan a very very very little scratch on the alliminium. I think its normale because the units are hand made. I also got 1 unit with no sticker.
No i am happy no big scratches , a right display ( got 1 with a display that wasnt right ) and a sticker some nice wood side panels no color difference ( other units got different color panels bright & dark )

Over all i am happy.
