[SSQ37E] Several controls cannot be automated in VST3

When using the Subsequent 37 Editor VST3 in Cubase, it is not possible to automate several parameters. The plugin sends the controller information to Cubase, but it does not react to incoming automation data.

Examples of controls that do not work:

  • Filter Cutoff
  • Filter Resonance
  • Feedback / Ext In

Example of control that works

  • Filter Drive

That Filter Cutoff and Resonance are not working is really hurting, as they are probably the most automated parameters.

It seems the problem only happens with version 1.1.1 of the Subsequent 37 VST3 plugin. Additionally to the aforementioned problems with automation, I also encountered severe problems with proper recall of presets.

After reverting to version 1.1.0, everything seems to be working fine again.

What changed between 1.1.0 and 1.1.1?
