spare parts

I’m servicing a minimoog voyager, I’m looking for the following spare parts:

5 ALPHA pots 10KB
1 rotative switch (2way-six positions)
1 touchpad printed circuit board (the black board)
2 A keys
2 B keys
2 E keys
1 C key
1 knob (the small kind)

How may I order those spare parts ?
Thank you
Gab

What happened to the Voyager?
Did it fall down 20 feet ?

kind of, some nice guys breaks in my customer’s studio and performs some “hammer jobs”…nothing was stolen, almost all the gears was messed, I’m clueless about that, anyway I have my tasks to do in order to recover the unit.

You’re only real option is to contact Moog, for the touchscreen at least. I don’t know what their servicing policy is, but since the Voyager is currently in production I’m sure that they would rather service it themselves. You could always try, though.

The other parts could probably be purchased elsewhere with a bit of research. You might need a whole new keyboard. I remember reading that keyboard is made by Fatar. Can anyone confirm this?

Or better yet, doesn’t the aftertouch fix involve installing a whole new keyboard? You could just install this upgrade while you’re at it.

yet done, 2 weeks ago, no reply 'til now. This is my first option in order of preference, anyway, as you wrote, I’m agree, both pots, switch and keys may be found as “standard” spare parts (fatar is an italian company), at least this could be true according to my understanding about previous jobs.
Sending the unit around the world in order to fix it will not a smart option since I may fix it almost painless in my shop, of course some spare parts are requested. I guess best (and fastest too…) option will be a shipping from moogmusic.

It is a Fatar.
