Slim Phatty not detecting control keyboard.

I’m new to the forum here so sorry if this has been posted before. I’ve just purchased a Slim Phatty but I’m failing to get it to pick up the midi in from my controller keyboard. Has anyone else encountered this and maybe have some advice?

The Playnote function is working under menu so it’s not an issue of audio out. I’ve also done ‘factory restore’ and ‘system reboot’ which haven’t helped.

I’d be grateful if anyone could help as I’m eager to get playing. Thanks.

What’s your controller?

How are you connecting the two?

I’ve sorted it now thanks. It was just that the midi channel on the controller had somehow set itself to channel 2, dunno how this happened while playing but that was the reason for any other newbies who come across this.
