Slim Phatty button problem

Hi,

I’ve had my Slim Phatty for a while but it hasn’t seen much use. Today I decided I’d update the firmware and ended up using it for a few hours (the most time I’ve ever used it for - previous sessions have only been 10-15 mins).

Basically, an hour or so after updating the firmware to SlimSystem_v3_21_690.hex with PhattyLoader, the buttons in the filter section are totally bugged out. When I turn the device on, the cutoff is button is selected, but if I click another button in the filter section, like resonance, the cutoff button doesn’t work. It just won’t let me get into it (obviously it doesn’t light up). Sometimes randomly after a minute or so I can access it again, but basically the synth isn’t really usable when it’s like this for me.

I tried downgrading firmware, factory default resetting, master rebooting and also tried using the updated firmware again to no avail.

If anyone could help, that’d be amazing.

I sent Moog a support email, hopefully someone responds
