Significant volume drop on main and headphones output

Hi,
I am having a problem all of a sudden with significant volume drop from both the mains and headphone outputs. I do not get any volume until the pots are set to ~50% (12 o’clock ). I tried the following to remediate with no avail:

  1. Disconnect all expression pedals
  2. Restored default settings
  3. Ran oscillator compensation
  4. Reloaded firmware v1.50

Hoping it’s not a hardware, has anyone had this problem, is there anything else I can try?
I submitted a ticket with Moog, but not sure how good they are with responding.
