One of the bands I play Moog with is playing a couple dates in Asheville next month- Has anyone here visited the Moog factory? Can you just walk in?

I made the pilgrimage a few years ago before they got the new building.
You can probably walk in their storefront, since that is essentially the purpose of the store. If you call and give them enough time, they may can schedule you a factory tour.
Don’t expect to see the new Moog Modular system they are working on though. oops.
when i was there they told me they do scheduled tours at 9am and 3pm local time, but i was there on an off time to drop off my MF101 and they still showed me around

Do they have some out to play with? All I want to do before I die is run my finger down that ribbon controller ala Blade Runner! (and a few other less exciting things)
Oh.. and if you have more courage than brains, be sure and come just as they’re closing, despite them telling you no.
