Yes, Shmoo is cool! They unfortunately never come to the US, as many UK electronic artists don’t. Sux for us here in the states, but it always seems that style of music is always more popular on the “other side of the pond”. Dunno why, I like after all!

I surprised more UK electronic bands dont get over to the US myself , what is the live music scene like for electronic acts?
Last year I went to a New Deal show at a local place, the Silo in Reading, PA. Packed house, 800+, great time, music was good. A couple months later they booked 20/20 Soundsystem. I liked them even more at the time and figured others did too. Nope, I’d say less than 50 people in total. The show was ehhh. Maybe do to the lack on energy or they just figured this is a show to try out new shit since there were so few in attendance.
Unless they are known in the tour-head circuit, Bisco, lotus, new deal, ect. they have little hope outside of a small club or festival. European DJs get more love than live performancenin the U.S.
