RME Glide Doesn't Work

The glide function doesn’t work, even though it’s turned on.
Please advise.

First, make sure that “pot mapping” does not have any “maps” with “glide rate” as destination that could override the glide rate knob.
Second, make sure that no MIDI CC 65 message (0-63 = off, 64-127 = on) is being sent to the RME, that could override the glide switch.
Then, if there is still no glissando between notes with the “Glide Function” set to “YES” and glide rate knob to maximum, then your RME is probably defective.

If it’s under warranty, contact the seller. If not, contact Moog Music Support.
