right filter leaks sound sources when closed down

I just got a new EB and was wondering if the following is normal behaviour:
in dual lowpass with the cutoff frequentie set to 0 and spacing also set to 0 I can hear some sound leaking true in the right channel. The left channel is quiet. The sound comes from the oscilators and noise source when switched on. In LP/HP mode both channels are quiet. Is this normal?

Another thing: in order to set all 3 oscilators in tune I have to set OSC2 at +2 and OSC3 at +6. Is this normal tollerance or is my unit badly callibrated?

Thanks!

Henk

p.s My EB (brand new) has a flaw in the wood finish in the left front corner en the lfirst 3 lower keys have some friction.

Looks like your moog has had some shipping damage, there is no way it would leave moog uncalibrated.

Speak to the dealer or moog and hopefully you can get it sorted.

After power on YES, after 15 minutes warming up NO.

Yes, the symptoms you describe (especially the physical abnormalities) all point to your Voyager being dropped or smashed at some point during transit. I’d first contact whomever you bought it from. If they won’t help you, then contact Moog.
