I’ve been trying to find a place to repair a Moog Matriarch - I have a ‘dark’ version that the ARP rate is going ‘nuts’ and ‘freezing’ and I did remove the case and make sure none of the wires/connectors were lose as I recently purchased it used and wondered if it got knocked around In shipping.
I have been trying to use the Moog website but it keeps sending me to dealers/people who don’t repair it. I live in the Raleigh NC suburbs if anyone knows of a repair shop that can look at one of these that’d be great, or, if you know where to submit a repair ticket directly that’d be cool oo, but right now the Moog support pages either send me to a chat bot or to a search tool that doesn’t find anything.
