have a Voyager Performer version 3.1 and cannot get the Release working on the EGs
the release white switch makes no difference
is this a known issue that can be fixed by a firmware update

Make sure your sustain level is high.
thanks already tried that —Attach Sustain Decay works fine --only release function behaves like
that with the release switch turned off, the amp just turns off when you release the key(s),
same with release switch turned on the amp just turns off when you release the key(s),
its a brand new machine
Make sure that “swtch” is set to “on” in the “master functions” menu, under “local controls”.
Also make sure there is no “pot mapping” affecting the release parameter of the vca envelope that could offset the value of the release knob.

Did you resolve this one? Was it the Volume Release or the Filter Release? I have a volume attack that doesn’t work. I think I have found the problem and I suspect yours may be the same device if it is the Volume Release. Have a read of this http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13795.
