How do I formally raise a technical support with Moog/InMusic? The website is inpenetrable and I have been going round in circles trying to find the link, without success. TIA, Mike
Previously you could raise a ticket…but no response.
Moog haven’t had specialist tech support for years.
Some said you can ‘phone them’.
…but anyway, the talent that designed your synth will have been hired in for the project, no longer available to answer in depth.
