I keep having trouble running this on windows 10. It worked fine for a while but now won’t open (open’s a small white box and tries to complete, never does) and has done this several times - reinstalled and works for while but then will not open and I get a message saying ‘problems opening this program’. Now it won’t even re-install and I can’t unintall it. It also stops Ableton running - causes it to crash so I ahve to turn the sub 37 synth on after opening Ableton but the editor (which opens in Live) won’t recognise the sub 37.

Have you installed/removed other software around the time it started having troubles?
Windows updates etc?
Does it happens with the Sub37 disconnected?
Any other strange issues with the PC? - running slow etc?
Run the Event Viewer and check the Windows Application and System logs around the time you started the Sub37 Editor - there may be a conflict with other software.
Start yr PC in SAFE mode (pressing F8 when booting the computer) and see if the Editor works. Safe mode loads minimum software and reduces any conflicts.
Otherwise:
Revert to a previous Windows Restore Point eg before you installed the Sub37 Editor, if you previously created a Restore Point that is.
