I hope I have found he correct site for my query. I am using ableton live 8 and desperately seeking plug-ins. I have downloaded a few zipped plug-in files and followed instructions from many similar forums as to extracting them, with no joy as I am still finding that after extraction the files are not the usual ableton symbol and not compatible for reading when i try adding live pack within ableton itself. The extracted file appears as 2 little cogs, and i have tried all the ways i can see of extraction. I am using winzip to extract, is this right? there must be something simple i am missing, but i am not a computer techy, I just make music so these things baffle me severely! Thanks for anyone who can help.
You should be contacting Ableton support. This is a Moog forum for Moog hardware users. Maybe you should get a SubPhatty?
