I’m trying to find a solution to the known issue with the Matriarch’s velocity curve via midi out. I was wondering if the Midi Solutions Velocity Converter would work to correct this? Has anyone tried this or used the Velocity Converter at all?
Update: I tried the Midi Solutions Velocity Converter, but unfortunately, the device requires midi voltage of 5v, and the Matriarch provides 3.3v so it couldn’t power the device. However, I bought CME H2midi Pro, and with that I was able to correct the velocity curve via midi. I realize this can be done within a DAW, but I needed something for a live rig.
