Ok, I’m not a hardware synth or midi expert, but it appears I can set up all of my other midi controllers etc, but not the Slim Phatty, to work consistently in Logic 9 or Ableton. I got there with the AU Editor once, but haven’t been able to get it working since.
Would a kind soul please put some basic step-by-step guidance on how to get this working with the AU editor and audio recording in Logic?
Hi there, i don’t use the editor. But you should add a new instrument(i prefer to use multi instrument) in Logic’s enviroment window and set the midi port for it in the left side of the screen.
Than add a midi track in arrange window set it up (right click on the midi track and you see the instrument u just added) and make sure you have an audio track for the incoming audio signal.
