No signal from sub phatty

I’m only getting a response from my sub phatty if it’s being used via the AU in Logic. With that I get sound and I can edit it from the plugin but that’s as much as I get. None of the controls on the synth have any effect either on the guy of the plugin or the sound coming out of the synth. If I quit Logic I get nothing at all. Not even the keyboard works.

The activate panel button is lit up and the audio is definitely set up correctly as I get a signal if I plug the cable in somewhere else so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Is there some setting which completely disables the hardware?

It sounds like “local control” was turned ‘off’ somehow -
‘local control’ needs to be ‘on’ to use the panel controls & keys.

The manual should give you directions concerning how to reset the ‘local control’ or do a global settings reset.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah local off has got the synth working so thanks for that but it still doesn’t have any effect on the software. If I move a knob on the synth the software stays where it is.

I’ve tried restarting [computer and synth] but it doesn’t change it.

Any ideas?

Sorted it

For anybody wondering, midi filter was stopping it from working. I set it to ‘off’ and it worked
