New model D osc1 failure

I have a new model d re-issure, bought in late January of this year.. Was working great until yesterday. Now OSC 1 just stopped working on lower keys when set to lower range, and on the upper keys/high ranges it sounds “sickly”, kind of wavering in tune and distorted. But OSC 2 & 3 sound nml. Anyone else have this problem? I sent a ticket request to moog but have not heard from them.

Curious, did you get this resolved?

I posted the same problem on a different thread and got this reply.
As of 20th may 2024 not had chance to look or change the cap yet. But i will post an update on both threads as soon as i can. I hpoe this is a cure.

Hi,

replace C1 (10nF mica or polystyrene flex)

Have fun!

Okay so far so good. Replacing C1 on Osc pcb has worked ( 22 May 2024 ).

Thanks for the tip by RL.
Cheers and lets hope this work for a long time.

I got this fixed by sending it in, they replaced the osc1 board.
