OK…just received a brand new Electric Blue…totally excited! I unpack it and power up…ALL PRESETS IN ALL BANKS ARE CORRUPTED! Nothing except bunches of random alphanumeric chars and symbols appear on each screen of each bank. Finally figured out how to do a Factory preset restore in each bank…that fixes things…temporarily. When I powered down last evening and started back up today…SAME PROBLEM!!! I cannot yet discern whether the problem is somehow related to the new category function or not…
Wanted to see if there might be a quick fix for this before I send this one back to the dealer…
